Rahasia Awet Muda Mbah Surip.
Tahu almarhum Mbah Surip kan? Penyanyi nyentrik yang pernah populer dengan lagunya yang berjudul “Tak Gendong”. Suatu hari, Mbah Surip pernah diwawancarai mengenai resep awet mudanya. Semoga bermanfaat bagi yang ingin awet muda.
“Mbah kan sudah tua, tapi kok masih tetap enerjik ya? Masih awet muda gitu. Rahasianya apa ya Mbah?”, tanya si pewawancara.
Mbah Surip menjawab, “Rahasianya gampang saja, banyak minum kopi.. Ha Ha Ha Ha (dibarengi ketawa khas Mbah Surip).”
“Hah!? Kok aneh ya Mbah? Biasanya orang kalo ingin awet muda minumnya jus, air mineral, atau teh hijau. Ini malah kopi, benar-benar aneh seperti orangnya”, kata sang pewawancara keheranan.
“Ha Ha Ha Ha…..”
“Terus rahasia awet muda lainnya, selain minum kopi, ada nggak Mbah?”
“Rahasia lainnya sedikit tidur.” Jawab Mbah Surip
“Hah!? Makin aneh saja nih, biasanya orang kalo mau awet muda tidurnya harus cukup, ini malah tidurnya dikurangi. Koq bisa Mbah??” Tanya Sang Pewawancara makin keheranan.
Jawab Mbah Surip : “Minum kopinya kebanyakan, jadi nggak bisa tidur, makanya tidurnya cuma sebentar .. Ha Ha Ha Ha….”
